Fittings

For your bridal appointments there is  £50 Non refundable booking fee which covers the cost for up to 3 appointments. The fee covers the cost of  the appointment time, the insurance of your gown whilst 

it's at my studio and securing your place in my diary. This fee does not come off your final balance. This is  a set fee covering the costs described above (up to 3 fittings, insurance and securing a place in Aimee's Alterations diary)

You can book a consultation fitting  if you are unsure and want some guidance and a quote at a fee of £25 where we will go over the work that needs to be done, give you an accurate quote and can discuss booking appointments and time frames to work with your wedding date 

I will always do my very best to make sure that you leave happy and satisfied with the work. At your finally fitting I will ask for you to try on your garment so that I can check my work, if you don't wish to do so I cannot guarantee the work that has been done. If you are not happy with the service provided you must let me know at the point of collection/fittings so that I can correct this for you. 

I use an online booking system which will allow me to send you a confirmation email, an appointment reminder and invoices. if you don't not want to receive these automated emails please let me know. I do not use your data in any other way, I do not pass on your data to other parties.

At Aimée's Alterations  I accept, cash or card payment via a square card reader, I also accept payment for the services via bank transfer which must have been fully paid before you collect your garment.
