To come and have your clothing altered you will need to make an appointment with myself where we can discuss the work that needs doing, and be given a price quote. If you are not happy with the quote the fittings are free of charge and you do not have to proceed with the alterations. Once the alterations have been discussed and confirmed full payment of the invoice must be completed before collection. 

I will always do my very best to make sure that you leave happy and satisfied with the work. At your finally fitting I will ask for you to try on your garment so that I can check my work, if you don't wish to do so I cannot guarantee the work that has been done. If you are not happy with the service provided you must let me know at the point of collection/fittings so that I can correct this for you. 

I use an online booking system which will allow me to send you a confirmation email, an appointment reminder and invoices. if you don't not want to receive these automated emails please let me know. I do not use your data in any other way, I do not pass on your data to other parties.

At Aimée's Alterations  I accept, cash or card payment via Paypal card reader, I also accept payment for the services via bank transfer which must have been fully paid before you collect your garment.
